Continuous cycle, cold pressing.


FLAVOUR:
Intensely fruity and fragrant, slightly bitter and peppery, with a long, aromatic finish.


IDEAL USE:
Raw on any type of dish. Ideal for use on raw or cooked vegetables, and on the classic bruschetta.
